What this website is

Marketing material about Mira Verde and Trussardi Residences, two developments by Mira Developments in the Tbilisi Hills, Georgia. We act as a broker. We are not the developer, and nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a reservation.

Off-plan development

Both projects are off-plan. Handover for Trussardi Residences is scheduled for Q3 2029. Completion dates, layouts, specifications, finishes, unit mix and amenities are the developer's and can change. Renders and floor plans are indicative: they illustrate design intent and are not a promise of the finished product, and dimensions are subject to final survey.

Prices and currency

Prices are indicative, exclude fees and charges, and can change without notice. Figures are shown in US dollars, converted from the developer's price list. Currency conversion is for convenience only; the contract price and currency are those stated in the sale documents. Confirm the current price with us before relying on any figure shown here.

Investment figures

Rental yields, capital-growth percentages, guaranteed-return figures and residency thresholds quoted on these pages come from the developer or from published market data, and are attributed as such where they appear. They describe past or projected performance, are not a forecast, and are not a guarantee of any return. They are not investment, tax or legal advice. Take independent advice before committing.

Ownership and residency

Statements about foreign ownership, taxation and Georgian investor residency reflect our understanding at the time of publication. Rules change and their application depends on your circumstances. Verify your position with a qualified adviser in the relevant jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

Project names, logos and brand marks belong to their owners, including Mira Developments and Trussardi. Renders, plans and copy on these pages are used with permission for marketing these projects. Do not reproduce them without consent.

Enquiries and third-party services

Submitting an enquiry form does not reserve a residence or create any obligation on either side. This site loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap and CARTO; those services operate under their own terms. Links to other sites, including the developer's, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We take care to keep this information accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction.
